Do you have a UK Class 1 CE Licence?
As a Class 1 Driver, you will:
- Trunk from the depot in Inverness to Cambuslang and reload back to Inverness.
- Ensure goods are loaded and secured correctly to prevent shifting or damage. Use straps, nets, and other securing devices as needed.
- Perform comprehensive daily vehicle safety checks using your company phone to maintain top-notch vehicle safety and reliability.
- Stay in regular communication with the transport team to provide updates on your progress and ensure our customers' expectations are met.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay ahead with the latest industry standards and best practices.
Must hold a UK Class 1 CE Licence, Current DCPC Card and Digital Tachograph Driver Card.
Experience of refrigerated trailers and tail lifts is preferred but not essential as full training will be provided.
Fit, flexible, hardworking, and self-motivated.
Competitive Salary: £16.63 per hour PLUS for all hours worked between 21:00hrs & 04:00hrs, you will receive an additional £2.75 per hour.
Shift Hours: 18:00hrs - 06:00hrs, 4 on 4 off rota.
Overtime: Available.
Training: DCPC training during your employment, Monthly Courses for a variety of areas.
