The position of HGV Driver involves:
- Making multi drop collections and deliveries of pallets within the Scotland, Highland area.
- Loading/unloading of vehicle, ensuring load security.
- Planning route on a day to day basis.
- Keeping in regular contact with the transport team for updates on progress and managing our customers' expectations.
- Attending regular training sessions.
Essential skills required for HGV Driver:
- Must hold a UK Class 1 CE or Class 2 C Driving Licence.
- Hold a current DCPC Card and Digital Tachograph Driver Card.
- Be passionate about providing excellent customer service.
- Working to deadlines.
- Confident, polite and a team player.
- Good geographical knowledge.
- Due to the nature of the role applicants must be fit, flexible, hardworking and self-motivated.
