We are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Operator to work out of our busy depot in Dyce.
Key Responsibilities:
- Working closely with our customer and internal operations team to ensure customer requirements are met and that any issues are flagged to customers in a timely manner.
- Fulfil customer relations and a range of associated administrative duties with accuracy and efficiency.
- Answering all queries via email, phone and face to face.
- Processing orders for transport and inputting data entry both manually and via external portals into our Traffic Management System.
- Managing key accounts ensuring service levels are achieved.
- Communicating service issues directly with the customer and agreeing corrective action.
- Liaising on a daily basis with both internal and external customers and drivers.
The job can be fast paced and the work in the department can be very pressurised; however, you will be given the support and training needed to be successful in the job.
Requirements:
- Experience of working in a similar role is advantageous.
- Ability to communicate at all levels.
- Excellent organisational skills and prioritising workload.
- Attention to detail.
- Working to deadlines.
- Excellent time keeping and reliability.
- Solution driven and flexible approach to your work.
- Able to work as part of a team and on own initiative.
- MS packages to include, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
