At ARR Craib Ltd, we are committed to delivering excellence in logistics and transport services. Our team is dedicated to maintaining high standards of compliance and operational efficiency. We are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Operator to work out of our busy depot in Dyce.
Working closely with our customer and internal operations team to ensure customer requirements are met and that any issues are flagged to customers in a timely manner. Fulfil customer relations and a range of associated administrative duties with accuracy and efficiency. Answering all queries via email, phone and face to face. Processing orders for transport and inputting data entry both manually and via external portals into our Traffic Management System. Managing key accounts ensuring service levels are achieved. Communicating service issues directly with the customer and agreeing corrective action.
The job can be fast paced and the work in the department can be very pressurised; however, you will be given the support and training needed to be successful in the job. A solution driven and flexible approach to your work is essential.
MS packages to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
Competitive Salary: Β£30,000 - Β£32,000 per annum depending on experience.
Hours: Monday to Friday 08:00hrs-17:00hrs - a level of flexibility will be required.
Training: Monthly courses for a variety of areas.
