Traffic Operator Queenslie At ARR Craib Transport Ltd, we are currently seeking a Traffic Operator at our Queenslie depot. The position of Traffic Operator involves: Support daily planning activity for a fleet of vehicles operating locally – including deliveries and collections. Co-ordination activities to include vehicle route planning and scheduling. Managing and de-briefing drivers. Co-ordinating with the team to enable vehicle maintenance and service schedule for the contract vehicles. Monitor, check and scan all driver to customer proof of deliveries. Working with a number of internal programmes to achieve effective operation of the business. Answering all queries via email, phone and face to face. General administration duties to include, filing, photocopying and data input. Dealing with customer queries, in a professional and timely manner.
