This role sits within Arqiva's Digital Platforms business, supporting the growth and evolution of our digital radio and audio portfolio. We are particularly interested in candidates with experience in the audio, broadcasting, media, radio, streaming or digital content sectors, who can help shape our future audio strategy and develop long-term commercial partnerships across the evolving audio landscape.

The Role:
- Accountable for development and executing plans and translating the business development strategy into plans for region or sub-sector.
- Driving the acquisition of new customers, identifying new customers and partners, maximising revenue through cross-sell and up-sell opportunities with existing customers, and ensuring delivery of total contract value (TCV) and revenue targets.
- Identify, develop, and manage new customer and partner acquisition opportunities in line with corporate revenue goals with significant impact at a functional level.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders, suppliers, partners, and decision-makers across potential and existing customer bases.
- Accountable for the identification of cross-sell and up-sell opportunities within the current portfolio, working with sales and product teams to maximise revenue.
- Manage the upstream sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting and tracking of prospective deals.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to ensure business development efforts align with overall company strategies.
- Mentor and develop the business development team, driving performance and ensuring effective talent management.
- Provide regular reporting to senior management on pipeline health, revenue projections, and potential risks.
- Support onboarding of new customers and contracts.
- Active in all elements of the commercial negotiation and ensures they are well structured, aligned with business objectives and effectively managed.
