Lead a culture of safe working practices across the Airworks disciplines. SME for regional Airworks tasks/knowledge and support Team Managers in other areas within Operations. Management of Airworks field coordination tasks and responsibilities. Provide regular communications and facilitate on the job coaching and training for Airworks. Lead Midlands region for Airworks planned maintenance and corrective maintenance activities and process improvements. Assess and lead on multi-skill set development and skill principles across the regional Airworks field teams. Act as buddy/deputy for Operations Manager (Airworks) and peer group.
