We are seeking an experienced and strategic Sales Strategy & Go To Market Planning Lead for our Media & Broadcast Sector. The successful candidate will define and execute the Go to Market (GTM) strategy, providing strategic planning support, analytics, and insights to inform executive-level decision-making. This role involves collaboration with senior leadership, conducting market analysis, identifying growth opportunities, and leading the Media & Broadcast budgeting and long-term planning processes. We are particularly interested in candidates who are dynamic and innovative thinkers, capable of working diligently to define and shape the future direction of our business.

The Role:

  • Collaborate with the Media & Broadcast Senior Leadership Team to define a comprehensive GTM strategy, identifying prospects within global media sectors including TV Platforms, Streaming Platforms, Broadcasters, and Content Rights Owners.
  • Conduct detailed market analysis to identify trends and potential diversification opportunities across the UK Broadcast & Media sector.
  • Lead commercial modelling efforts and evaluate business cases rigorously.
  • Provide analytics and deliver insights for executive decision-making, presenting findings to Exco and Board-level executives.
  • Manage the annual budgeting and Long-Term Planning processes for Media & Broadcast, in partnership with the Finance team.
  • Monitor conversion rates of opportunities and implement continuous improvements to increase conversion percentages.

The Person:

  • Strong data orientation with advanced analytical skills and extensive experience in handling numbers and commercial models.
  • Proven experience in strategy development and GTM planning in a consulting or corporate environment.
  • Highly curious, with a demonstrated ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to influence change and present compelling arguments to senior leaders.
  • Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel; experience with Salesforce or similar platform.
  • Commercially astute, capable of evaluating the financial and business impacts of decisions and exercising sound judgment.
  • Experience in Media, Broadcast, or OTT streaming sectors in a strategic or commercial capacity.
  • Exceptional numerical and presentation skills, with experience presenting to senior stakeholders.
