As a Rigger you will play a vital role in supporting our team to ensure all of our antenna systems are maintained and installed to a high standard. You will work at height and travel between multiple sites across the South.

Accountabilities
- Assisting the Antenna systems team to deliver preventative maintenance across a wide range of antenna systems
- Completing preventative and corrective maintenance to the mast and tower infrastructure
- Installing, operating, dissembling winch systems to support work on tall structures
- Providing response to faults and technical issues, including emergency call out, to assist the Antenna systems Engineer to provide corrective maintenance
- Completing support structure inspections and providing documented reports on findings
- Providing supervision to 3rd parties requiring access to specific sites such as high-power UHF and MF sites
- Maintaining accurate records, documentation and reporting of actions taken.
- Generating maximum team efficiency through delivering bundled activities within skillset.
- Seeking to upskill / develop to enable maximum benefit of preventing other truck rolls to site
Knowledge & Experience
- Full/ Valid Driving license
- Rigging Tall structures for winching personnel up the structure.
- Working knowledge of mast and tower maintenance procedures, technical processes, standards and engineering practices related to area of expertise.
- Experience of working at height gained on Towers/ Masts. up to 1000ft (300m)
- Willing to travel throughout the UK
- Prepared to stay away from your home location for periods of time
- RF Awareness
- First Aid
- Work at height training Inc. Mast rescue.
