Location: London - Newman Street / Crawley Court – Winchester

Hybrid Working: 1-2 days onsite

Accountabilities:

  • Own a portfolio of Arqiva data products end-to-end, from ideation and design through to delivery, launch, and in-life management
  • Define and maintain product vision, strategy, and roadmaps aligned to Arqiva business objectives
  • Act as product owner within Agile delivery teams, shaping requirements and supporting sprint delivery
  • Translate complex business, commercial, and operational needs into clear, actionable requirements for developers
  • Collaborate with engineering, data science, platform, and operations teams to deliver scalable, high-quality data products
  • Engage closely with commercial teams to support go-to-market activity, adoption, and value realisation
  • Use data, insights, and performance metrics to track success and drive continuous product improvement
  • Gather and analyse customer, market, and competitor insights to inform product decisions
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Promote agile, customer-centric product management practices
  • Stay up to date with emerging data technologies, platforms, and regulatory requirements

Skills:

  • Product Management: strong understanding of product lifecycle management and ownership
  • Agile Delivery: experience working within Scrum or Agile delivery teams
  • Product Strategy: ability to translate business and customer needs into clear roadmaps
  • Stakeholder Management: confident engaging with commercial and technical teams
  • Data Product Knowledge: experience working with data platforms and data-led solutions
  • Commercial Awareness: understanding how products deliver business value and revenue
  • Communication Skills: ability to clearly bridge technical and non-technical audiences

Knowledge & Experience:

  • Substantial experience in product management, ideally within data or technology-led environments
  • Proven track record of delivering products from concept through to launch and optimisation
  • Experience working with data-driven technologies and platforms
  • Exposure to tools and platforms such as AWS, Databricks, Power BI, or Qlik Sense is advantageous
  • Knowledge of AI and machine learning concepts is desirable (hands-on development not required)
  • Strong understanding of agile and product-led working practices
  • Ability to quickly absorb complex domain knowledge and translate it into delivery-ready requirements
