Our commitment to a flexible and hybrid working culture The role * Management of team with named list of existing strategic customers * Lead and motivate a direct and matrix team to achieve high performance and excel in customer satisfaction * Manage and coach the team in their personal and professional development * Build and maintain strong relationships with clients at C level * Deliver revenue commitments and identity new growth opportunities * Develop and implement strategies to maintain and grow relationships with existing customers throughout their contract life cycle * Ensure governance and cadence is in place with all accounts and participate in relevant meetings * Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, technology, and service operations, to enhance the customer experience and build a sector plan * Prepare and present reports, forecasts, and customer feedback to senior management * Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to inform sector and customer strategies The person * Proven experience as a customer management leader or similar role, with a focus on account management and/or customer retention * Development and leadership of high performing team * Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills * Ability to analyse data and make data-driven decisions * Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset * Ability to work collaboratively as part of the matrix organisation * Experience in utilities industry is a plus, knowledge of OJEU environment is necessary * Extensive knowledge of account management leadership in direct B2B market * Comfortable creating and managing C Suite relationships * Building a sector plan in collaboration with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and customer support * Demonstrated success in achieving targets and negotiating contracts * Commitment to customer satisfaction and the ability to understand and meet customer needs * Ability to think strategically and develop long-term strategies We are the undisputed leader in UK TV and radio broadcast, and the UK’s leading Smart utilities platform, directly shaping the future of connectivity.
