Total Package
* £33,000 per annum depending on experience

Key Responsibilities:
* Use monitoring and control systems to control, configure and operate equipment, systems, networks and platforms, directly and remotely
* Provide network monitoring and event management through the Operation Support Systems (OSS) in line with Service Level Agreements and network availability figures
* Take corrective action and ensure incidents are directed to the correct resolver group to secure rapid resolution
* Enter accurate incident reports/logs and service details/schedules into the system and track reported incidents to satisfactory resolution
* Drive the resolution of service affecting events, creating incidents, applying technical and engineering knowledge and escalating to appropriate resolver groups where necessary
* Communicate maintenance schedules of Arqiva’s in life products and services to internal and external stakeholders
* Support all TV/Radio analogue and digital transmissions systems, including internal and external distribution architecture
* Interact with both internal and external customers and suppliers, 1st line management of the Terrestrial Broadcast platforms and National Critical Infrastructure using appropriate network management tools to meet customer specific contractual requirements
* Flexible 365 24/7 shift working including nights, weekends and bank holidays, travel for ad-hoc business requirements may be required
* Produce clear and concise incident reports within required contractual timescales for customers, suppliers and leadership team
* Required to work from multiple business locations as and when required
Must Haves:
* A levels and/ or BTEC in an Engineering/Science field, or equivalent qualification
* Valid driving licence
* Be prepared to work flexible 365 24/7 shift patterns including nights, weekends and bank holidays
