Arqit is a global pioneer in post-quantum cryptography: we provide a proven defence against both current cyber dangers and impending quantum threats. We have a new opportunity for a Revenue Operations Analyst (RevOps Analyst), reporting to our Head of Revenue Operations and working closely with our sales, marketing, finance and legal teams and COO function. This is a hands-on, builder's role. You won't just maintain systems; you will design and optimise the engine that powers our revenue team. In this role, you'll handle day-to-day deal desk requests, maintain our CRM hygiene, and build targeted outbound lists. You will do all of this with an AI-first mindset - defaulting to automation, AI agents, and custom workflows to eliminate manual grind for both yourself and our GTM teams. Working on a hybrid basis, you will be based from our friendly and comfortable offices in Belfast city centre.
What you'll be doing
- Deal Desk & Commercial Support: Help sales reps structure, price, and package quotes efficiently to close deals faster.
- Pipeline Engine & Outbound: Build, enrich, and segment target account lists using firmographic, technographic, and intent data sources.
- Customer Success Handoffs: Bring the same rigour to renewals and expansion as new business - supporting health-score logic, renewal pipeline visibility, and clean handoffs from sales into onboarding and CS.
- CRM & Stack Administration: Maintain and continuously improve Salesforce and HubSpot (field architecture, validation rules, lead routing, and integrations).
- AI & Workflow Automation: Identify repetitive GTM tasks and automate or augment them using AI tools, APIs, and low-code platforms (e.g., automated enrichment, follow-up drafting, data cleansing).
- Data Hygiene & Reporting: Proactively monitor data health across our stack.
What we're looking for
- Hands-on experience in RevOps, Sales Ops, Marketing Ops, or Deal Desk—ideally within B2B SaaS or scale-ups.
- Genuinely AI-First: You use AI tools daily to accelerate your own work and naturally look to automate repeatable tasks rather than doing them manually.
- Salesforce Fluency: Direct experience configuring Salesforce (Flows, validation rules, custom objects, reporting). HubSpot experience is a strong plus.
- Commercial Mindset: You understand how pipeline, conversion rates, and pricing structures actually impact revenue—not just how to run a report.
- Data-Savvy: Comfortable working with granular data in Excel/Google Sheets and handling multi-source prospect lists.
Nice to Have (but not essential)
- Experience with low-code automation tools (e.g., n8n, Make, Zapier) or GTM enrichment platforms (e.g., Clay).
- Hands-on experience building or configuring AI agents for research, drafting, or data routing.
- Exposure to API webhooks and connecting GTM tools.
Please note: the ability to work in the UK without visa restrictions is essential.
