What you'll be doing
- Special Projects Lead will work closely with the founders to drive the most critical initiatives for the company.
- Work with the product and marketing teams to identify and launch new revenue streams or improve monetization of existing ones.
- Partner with growth and product teams to design and execute activation and cross-sell programs that increase revenue per user and improve product adoption across the customer base.
- Help execute local growth efforts - including community building, affiliate marketing, brand marketing and influencer marketing.
- Identify, execute and own initiatives that directly improve gross margin whether by growing revenue, reducing COGS, or cutting operating costs.
- Negotiate with vendors and partners to improve commercial terms.
- Track and report on the P&L impact of active projects, holding teams accountable to targets.
What you'll need
- 3-6 years of experience as an entrepreneur in a VC backed company, a top tier management consulting firm (BCG, Bain, McKinsey), or in a top tier investment bank (bulge bracket).
- Strong stakeholder management skills, able to bond with critical partners and manage customers needing support.
- Excellent organisation, being able to find information about all areas of the company.
- Resourceful, with maximum attention to detail and due diligence.
- Strong analytical skills and taste for aesthetics.
- Ability to work well as part of a team, driven, relentless and a proven closer - you don’t take no for an answer.
- Business fluent in English; Spanish or Portuguese a plus.
- Ideally, you are an expat (or have been an expat) living in London or willing to relocate (ARQ can sponsor your visa).
