What we’re looking for

As a Product Designer, you’ll craft intuitive, visually compelling, and user-centered designs that reshape our customer’s relationship with money, with a specific focus on our wealth and investment product. • Own our end-to-end design process: You will take a concept and turn it into a reality with Figma wireframes the engineers can develop and with the marketing team to ship to consumers.
  • You’ll breathe life into our product and brand: You will transform standard moments into surprising and delightful end user experiences and ads.
  • You’ll be at the heart of our product development process: You will work closely with our founders and engineering team to help define problems and goals, wireframe prototypes, and craft product deliverables at the highest quality level.

What you’ll need

  • Creative approach to problem solving with an eye for beautiful, simple designs, strong attention to detail and due diligence.
  • A keen sense for human emotion and how to build products which surprise and delight consumers.
  • Ability to think deeply about user needs and articulate design decisions - while maintaining an understanding of technical implications.
  • Solid written and verbal communication, understanding that the copy in your screens is never an afterthought.
  • Ideally based in London or willing to relocate (ARQ can sponsor your visa).
