ARQ is seeking a Senior Data Scientist to join its Growth team as the first data science hire, owning all data science initiatives across Growth and Marketing.

You’ll start with predicting customer lifetime value across markets and channels and report to the Head of Growth and COO.

You will develop, maintain, and improve LTV models across four countries, guiding growth investment, channel performance, and long-term customer value.

This is a high-ownership role with broad cross-functional impact.
