If you’re excited by big challenges, global impact, and the chance to grow fast with a world-class team, ARQ is the place to do it.
We are looking for a highly analytical and strategic Growth Analytics Manager to join our Growth team. What you’ll do:
- Serve as the analytical backbone for the Growth leadership team, presenting findings and strategic recommendations that directly influence budgeting, roadmap prioritization, and business strategy.
- Define, monitor, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) across the entire user journey (AARRR: Acquisition, Activation, Retention, Referral, Revenue).
- Conduct complex, rigorous analyses (e.g., cohort analysis, A/B test analysis, attribution modeling, lifetime value (LTV) forecasting) to identify opportunities for growth optimization and understand 'why' user behavior changes.
- Design, implement, and analyze controlled experiments, providing clear, statistically significant recommendations to product and marketing teams.
What you’ll need to succeed:
- 4+ years of professional experience in an analytical role.
- Background in McKinsey, BCG or Bain is preferred.
- Expert proficiency in SQL for data querying, transformation, and analysis.
- Advanced experience with a modern data visualization tool (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Power BI).
- Proven ability to work with statistical tools or languages for data analysis (e.g., Python/R is a strong plus).
- Deep understanding of statistical significance and the proper execution/analysis of A/B/n testing.
- Strong understanding of key digital marketing metrics (CAC, ROAS, CPA, etc.) and how marketing investment impacts the P&L.
Why join us:
- Competitive salary.
- Sign-on stock options bonus, so you become part of the success of the company.
- Discretionary performance bonus (stock options).
- 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays).
- Private health insurance.
- Latest technology to work with.

- A world-class team where you’ll learn fast and grow even faster.
