Your attention to detail, technical expertise, and dedication to quality will directly contribute to the success of our production processes. Essential Job Functions Production And Packaging Accurately weigh, measure, and dispense raw materials following established formulations and procedures. Precisely package fl avour standards into capsules, capsulets, and pots, ensuring consistent and accurate quantities. Verify the use of correct colours for each flavour standard. Perform assembly, filling, and packaging of flavour capsules with absolute precision and adherence to company processes and quality standards. Label and seal pots accurately and in line with product specifications. Ensure quality assurance of dilution, filling, and packaging processes. Conduct visual quality checks of packaged goods to meet established standards. Maintain meticulous records, including completion of logbooks and accurate database entry of packaging data. Materials And Inventory Maintain stock levels of consumables used for flavour production. Monitor and order consumables as necessary to ensure uninterrupted production. Keep track of calibration documents and certificates related to component parts. Follow general practices and good health and safety practices in all tasks. Process Improvement And Collaboration Collaborate with the flavour production team to support and enhance production processes. Assist in the preparation of ad-hoc flavours, ensuring timely production to meet customer expectations. Work closely with the team throughout the production process, from formulation to packaging. Database Management Accurately record all batches of flavour standards and pots manufactured in the company\'s database. Maintain precise records of analysis, weights, microbiological data, and sensory results. Hygiene And Quality Maintain good hygiene and housekeeping practices, conforming to required ISO standards and company policies. Adhere to written and verbal instructions while maintaining neat and tidy working practices. Diligently clean equipment and laboratory rooms before and after each production job. Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) procedures at all times. Qualifications & Skills Essential Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining precision and accuracy. Strong organizational skills to manage inventory, data entry, and packaging processes. Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team. Flexibility to adapt to changing production demands and work shifts if necessary. Desirable Prior experience in a production or manufacturing role, preferably in a laboratory or similar environment. Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and quality control procedures. Knowledge of ISO standards related to hygiene and production is advantageous.
