Goods In Responsibilities:
- Receive all deliveries and check quantities, condition, and accuracy against delivery notes or purchase orders.
- Record all incoming goods accurately in the stock or warehouse management system.
- Label and store materials in the correct locations to maintain proper stock organization.
- Report any damaged, missing, or incorrect items to your supervisor immediately.
- Maintain a clean, tidy, and safe goods-in area at all times.
- Assist with general warehouse operations such as picking, packing, and dispatch when required.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely (e.g., pallet truck, forklift) if trained and authorized.
- Communicate effectively with other teams to support smooth operations.
