Key activities - Ensuring that the factory equipment and environment are kept andmaintained to a high degree of cleanliness, in accordance with the site & cleaningprocedures.
Reports to β Hygiene Supervisor/Hygiene Lead
Working Days - Any five nights out of seven in a week (flexible to support needs of thebusiness)
Shift- Full time from 17:00 to 06:00 (starting and finish time may vary)
Responsibilities:
- To have a full understanding of the COSHH requirements and chemicals in use.
- Full understanding of Health and Safety procedures and document needs of thedepartment.
- To immediately report all potential hygiene and health & safety hazards and/or unsafeworking practices to the Production & Technical Managers.
- To have a full understanding of the cleaning systems, schedules, equipment andprocedures throughout the factory combined.
- To ensure all correct PPE is in good condition and worn at all times.
- To carry out post engineering cleaning for any engineering work.
- To ensure all areas are clean to support site visits and audits.
- To perform other such duties as reasonably correspond to the general character ofthe role and are commensurate with its level of responsibility.
