Arora Group Hotels is seeking an exceptional Group Director of Revenue & Distribution to lead and shape our total revenue strategy across our diverse and growing hotel portfolio. Reporting directly to the Chief Commercial Officer, this is a pivotal senior leadership role with responsibility for driving transformational revenue performance, maximising owner returns and embedding best-in-class revenue management practices across the business. This role sits at the heart of Arora’s commercial strategy and will play a critical part in supporting existing assets, new hotel openings, acquisitions and long-term growth ambitions.

- Your leadership will directly influence hotel profitability, market share and Arora Group’s reputation as a leading hotel owner-operator.
- You will build and lead a high-performing revenue management function; champion total revenue thinking across the organisation and ensure our hotels consistently outperform their competitive sets.
Strategic Leadership & Total Revenue
- Provide strategic leadership and direction to the Group Revenue Management function across all Arora Group hotels.
- Develop and implement integrated total revenue strategies across rooms, meetings & events, F&B and ancillary revenue streams.
- Drive sustainable growth in RevPAR, RGI, GOP and total hotel revenue, ensuring targets are achieved or exceeded.
- Lead revenue strategy for new hotel openings, refurbishments and acquisitions, ensuring robust commercial plans and systems readiness from launch.
Performance & Commercial Strategy
- Review hotel performance against budgets, forecasts and investment projections, identifying risks and driving corrective actions.
- Lead market, demand and competitor analysis, translating insights into forward-looking pricing, inventory and distribution strategies.
- Ensure inventory, rates, packages and restrictions are optimised across all systems to maximise revenue and profitability.
Distribution, Systems & Optimisation
- Champion best practice across pricing, yield management, inventory control, length-of-stay strategies and business mix optimisation.
- Optimise digital, direct and third-party distribution strategies to improve ROI and manage cost of sale.

- Approach, identify, and proactively pursue revenue maximisation for the hotel within the Revenue Management function for all revenue streams.
- Significant senior-level experience in hotel revenue management, ideally at Group, Area or Corporate Director level.
- Proven success leading multi-property, multi-brand total revenue strategies.
- Demonstrated track record of outperforming competitive sets with sustained positive RGI and profit growth.
- Strong commercial acumen with deep understanding of pricing, distribution, demand forecasting and revenue optimisation.
- Deep technical knowledge of hospitality systems such as PMS, CRS, RMS, GDS, channel management and sales systems (e.g. Opera, Delphi IDeaS or similar).
- Experience working closely with brand partners.
