Arondite is looking for mission-driven Deployment Strategists to lead the planning and execution of implementing our technology with customers. You'll be responsible, end-to-end, for making sure we are solving customers' real-world problems. You will work closely with frontline users to ensure our systems are deployed effectively, safely, and with maximum operational impact.

This role requires significant travel, often in challenging environments. You will need to be adaptable, resilient, and comfortable working under pressure. You will need a deep understanding of both technical systems and operational realities. You’ll have the opportunity to shape our product offering and to directly impact the lives of end users.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Engaging with users to map workflows, pain points, and operational constraints
• Identifying and framing customer problems that align with our product vision for Cobalt
• Collaborating with customers to prioritise the highest-value problems to solve
• Designing and guiding iterative delivery plans that alleviate user pain and demonstrate value quickly
• Acting as the bridge between users, product, and engineering to ensure solutions remain aligned with operational realities
• Leading the technical delivery across interconnected workstreams
• Translating business goals into a structured roadmap with milestones, dependencies, and acceptance criteria
• Championing a user-centric approach across the deployment and wider company

You should have:

• Strong technical fluency and sharp sequencing instincts
• Strong customer-facing communication and stakeholder management skills
• Independent decision-making under pressure
• Willingness to travel and work on-site with customers for a significant proportion of your time

Ideally, you would also have:

• Experience in defence or defence technology
• Basic programming ability, such as python or bash scripts, or command-line / terminal familiarity

Right to Work: We require that all candidates have an existing Right to Work in the UK at the time of application.

Security clearance: This role requires undergoing UK security vetting to Security Check (SC) or above. This normally requires having continuous residency in the UK for at least 5 years.

Office vs Hybrid working: We believe in making the office a friendly, comfortable and fun place to be, and we try to work from the office where possible. As a Deployment Strategist you will also need to travel to visit customers. But in general you should only apply to join Arondite if you're excited to come into the office and work in person by default.
