This is a part-time, on-site role located in Greater London for a Probate Private Client Solicitor. The solicitor will be responsible for managing a varied caseload, providing expert legal advice on wills, trusts, estates, and probate matters. Daily tasks include:

  • Drafting legal documents
  • Liaising with clients, beneficiaries, and other legal professionals
  • Ensuring the effective and timely administration of estates

Qualifications:

  • Expertise in Probate and Private Client Law
  • Knowledge in areas of Conveyancing, LPAS and acting as Attorney
  • Strong analytical, drafting, and negotiation skills
  • Excellent client management and communication skills
  • Ability to manage a varied caseload independently
  • Bachelor's degree in Law; Solicitors Regulation Authority qualification
