This is a part-time, on-site role located in Greater London for a Probate Private Client Solicitor. The solicitor will be responsible for managing a varied caseload, providing expert legal advice on wills, trusts, estates, and probate matters. Daily tasks include:
- Drafting legal documents
- Liaising with clients, beneficiaries, and other legal professionals
- Ensuring the effective and timely administration of estates
Qualifications:
- Expertise in Probate and Private Client Law
- Knowledge in areas of Conveyancing, LPAS and acting as Attorney
- Strong analytical, drafting, and negotiation skills
- Excellent client management and communication skills
- Ability to manage a varied caseload independently
- Bachelor's degree in Law; Solicitors Regulation Authority qualification
