This is a part-time, on-site role located in Greater London for a Probate Private Client Solicitor. The solicitor will be responsible for managing a varied caseload, providing expert legal advice on wills, trusts, estates, and probate matters. Daily tasks include drafting legal documents, liaising with clients, beneficiaries, and other legal professionals, and ensuring the effective and timely administration of estates.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Probate and Private Client Law
- Knowledge in areas of Conveyancing, LPAS and acting as Attorney
- Strong analytical, drafting, and negotiation skills
