This role is responsible for supporting in delivering the end-to-end trade order process, ensuring accurate order entry, efficient fulfilment, and timely issue resolution. Acting as the link between trade customers, internal teams, and third-party providers, this role supports smooth operations while maintaining high service standards and driving process improvements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Order Management: Accurately receive, review, and process customer orders in a multi-channel environment. Track and monitor order status, coordinate dispatch, and resolve any shipping or delivery issues promptly. Act as the primary point of contact for order-related inquiries, providing timely updates and resolving concerns professionally. Identify opportunities to streamline order management processes and enhance overall efficiency.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with warehouse, logistics, supply chain, and finance teams to ensure efficient and seamless order fulfilment. Oversee third-party logistics providers, monitoring performance against KPIs and SLAs (e.g., OTIF, inventory accuracy, damages, delivery accuracy) and drive corrective actions where required.
  • Accuracy and attention to detail: Maintain accurate records of orders, invoices, claims, and customer information within company systems. Ensure all orders align with company policies, pricing structures, and contractual obligations.

  • Experience: Previous experience in an operational or customer service setting preferred but not required. An ideal graduate role for an individual looking to learn about the industry.
  • Proactive, motivated and collaborative individual with great attention to detail.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to work with a small but efficient and dedicated team.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
