Overview of the Role
We are excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for a People Advisor to join our Human Resources team. Reporting to the People Business Partner, you will play a key role in delivering proactive HR support across the business. This includes providing front-line HR advice, supporting recruitment activity, overseeing HR administration, managing HR systems, and assisting with payroll and benefits processes. This is a hands-on, varied role suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced, people-focused environment and enjoys building strong working relationships across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment & Retention
- Provide guidance on recruitment best practices.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to deliver a seamless and collaborative recruitment experience.
- Recommend initiatives to improve employee attraction, engagement and retention.
- Manage the LinkedIn recruitment platform.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with stakeholders and candidates.
- Maintain accurate employee data to support decision-making and business insights.
- Manage and update the HRIS, ensuring data integrity and compliance.
- Support leaders in developing meaningful action plans based on engagement survey data.
- Liaise with our external HR partner, Peninsula, on ER and contractual matters.
- Provide sound, timely advice to managers on employee relations issues.
- Offer HR guidance to employees and leaders, ensuring alignment with employment law and best practice.
- Support managers in fostering a positive, high-performing people culture.
- Maintain and update HR policies.
- Coordinate the organisation’s Global Team Meeting.
- An active participant on the Culture Committee.
- Support leadership with the annual salary review, bonus process and internal promotions.
- Work closely with Benefits & Wellbeing partners to ensure offerings reflect employee needs.
- Collaborate with the Finance team to support accurate and timely monthly payroll processing.
Skills & Experience
- Commercial awareness and understanding of business operations.
- Self-motivated, organised and able to work with minimal supervision.
- Proven experience providing frontline ER advice with strong judgement.
- Knowledge of HR practices and UK employment law.
- Experience posting job adverts across social platforms and job boards.
- Proficiency with HRIS systems.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- CIPD Level 5 (or working towards) desirable.
