Packaging Artwork Project Manager Contract: Full time / 2 month FTC

As we continue to expand across UK and International markets we are looking for a Packaging Artwork Project Manager to join the Brand & Innovation Team on a 2 month fixed-term contract to deliver a busy pipeline of NPD and EPD artwork projects.

As a Packaging Artwork Project Manager, you will lead the end-to-end development of all our product packaging artworks from initial brief to approval and delivery. This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced artwork and packaging project manager to join a fast-paced collaborative environment and make an immediate impact.

  • Oversee the artwork management system, acting as the primary contact for the external provider.
  • Coordinate closely with NPD, technical and external suppliers to ensure artworks are on-brand, accurate and delivered to spec.
  • Support print quality and specification management, collaborating with print suppliers and the in-house Senior Graphic Designer.

As a Packaging Artwork Project Manager, you will bring strong project management skills, attention to detail and knowledge of the packaging artwork process. You are relentless in ensuring all artworks are briefed and finalised in a timely manner, adhering to brand guidelines and ensuring all packaging artworks are delivered to the relevant third party to meet the required deadlines.

Experience:

  • Strong background in packaging artwork, ideally within the beauty and personal care sector.
  • Knowledge of the rules & regulations in UK and Global cosmetics markets ideal but not essential.

Project Management:

  • Hands-on experience managing multiple projects, with excellent attention to detail, consistently delivering artworks on time and within budget.

Stakeholder Management:

  • Skilled in building and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including agencies and suppliers, to ensure collaboration and alignment throughout the packaging artwork development process.

Design/Creative Skills:

  • Strong capabilities in developing packaging artwork.

Confident, adaptable and delivery focussed:

  • Able to hit the ground running in a short-term role.

Passion for the Brand:

  • Genuine enthusiasm for aromatherapy and wellness.
