Role DescriptionThis is a full‐time, on‐site role for a Senior Client Advisor, located in the London Area, United Kingdom. The Senior Client Advisor will be responsible for fostering strong client relations, ensuring customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries and concerns, and delivering an exceptional service experience. Daily tasks include managing customer needs, providing tailored advice, maintaining open communication with internal teams, and handling service‐related matters efficiently. The role requires a proactive approach to building lasting relationships and supporting the growth and success of the business.

Qualifications

Strong skills in Client Relations and Customer Service

Expertise in ensuring Customer Satisfaction and managing client needs effectively

Exceptional Communication skills to liaise effectively with clients and internal teams

Understanding of and experience with fragrance industry a plus but not essential

Ability to work collaboratively in a team‐oriented environment

Proven problem‐solving and conflict resolution skills

Prior experience in client advisory roles or a similar customer‐focused position is a must

English fluency with additional second language an advantage (preferably Arabic)
