About Aromaria: Founded in Mexico and recognised by Forbes as one of its "30 Promising Companies" of 2023, Aromaria is a luxury scent brand growing fast across the US, UK and European markets. Rooted in the science of aromachology, we work across two sides of the business: a B2C lifestyle brand making premium home fragrance, and Aromaria Air, our B2B service designing signature scent experiences for global brands in hospitality, retail and events. Our mission is to create lasting emotional connections between spaces, brands and people.
The Role: This is a hands-on, get-it-done role based full-time at our Regent Street boutique. You'll help keep our UK and EU operation running day to day — getting orders and shipments out to clients across UK, Europe and beyond, keeping our stock accurate, and working closely with our London team and our headquarters in Mexico City.
You don't need to know everything on day one. You do need to be organised, quick to learn, and the kind of person who takes ownership and follows things through without being chased. We'll teach you the rest.
If you want to build real expertise in international operations and grow with a brand that's scaling across a whole region, this is a rare seat to be in.
What You'll Do:
- Shipments & logistics: Help manage deliveries in and out of the UK — inbound stock from our Mexico HQ and outbound orders to clients across Europe. Book couriers and freight, track shipments, and chase anything that gets stuck or delayed. Prepare shipping and customs paperwork, learning the ins and outs of import/export as you go. Be the person who spots a problem early and sorts it before it becomes a bigger one.
- Boutique operations: Keep stock levels accurate at the Regent Street boutique through regular counts and good habits. Support order fulfilment for our UK Shopify store and B2B client accounts, making sure things go out correctly and on time. Help build and tidy up the day-to-day processes that keep everything running smoothly. Work with the sales and client teams on delivery timelines and any special orders.
- Coordination & admin: Be a key point of contact between our London team and Mexico HQ, keeping communication flowing across the time difference. Keep clean records of shipments, stock movements and supplier invoices. Put together simple, regular updates on how deliveries and fulfilment are going.
What We're Looking For:
- Around 1–3 years of work experience — operations, logistics, retail, e-commerce, supply chain or similar is a bonus, but attitude matters more than a perfect CV.
- Genuinely organised, with a sharp eye for detail.
- A proactive problem-solver who takes ownership and gets things done without reminders.
- A clear, confident communicator, comfortable working with people in different countries and time zones.
- Comfortable with everyday tools (email, spreadsheets) and quick to pick up new systems — we use tools like Shopify, monday.com and others, and will train you.
- Based in London (or happy to relocate) and up for being in our Regent Street office five days a week.
- Authorised to work in the UK.
Nice to have (not essential):
- An interest in luxury, beauty or lifestyle brands.
- Any exposure to e-commerce, shipping or inventory tools.
- Spanish language skills — helpful for working with our Mexico HQ.
Why Join:
- A front-row seat at a fast-growing luxury fragrance brand with global ambition.
- A hands-on role where your work is visible from day one and you're trusted with real responsibility.
- Broad exposure across the whole UK and EU operation.
- Flagship Regent Street location in the heart of London's luxury retail district.
- A lean, passionate team where the right person has genuine space to grow as we scale.
Interview Process:
- Initial interview — a chat about your experience and fit for the role.
- Final interview (in person) — a face-to-face meeting/task at our Regent Street office.
