Now we’re looking for a GEM (General Experience Manager / Store Manager) to lead our London Flagship Store.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead and manage daily store operations to deliver an exceptional luxury retail experience.
  • Drive sales performance and exceed KPIs through strong commercial acumen.
  • Build, mentor, and inspire a high-performing team.
  • Ensure outstanding client experience aligned with Aromaria’s brand values.
  • Execute visual merchandising and in-store storytelling at the highest standard.
  • Identify growth opportunities and take initiative to improve store performance.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, embodying our vision and energy.

What We’re Looking For

  • +5 years of experience as a Store Manager / GEM in luxury retail brands.
  • Proven experience in perfumery or fragrance-related industries.
  • Proven track record of success (sales growth, team performance, store development).
  • Strong sales and business mindset.
  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
  • High level of ownership, initiative, and problem-solving ability.
  • Ability to motivate, coach, and elevate teams.
  • Passion for customer experience and brand storytelling.
  • Plus: Marketing mindset or experience (campaigns, activations, local partnerships).
