Now we’re looking for an Assistant GEM (Assistant General Experience Manager / Assistant Store Manager) to support the leadership of our London Flagship Store.
What You’ll Do
- Support daily store operations to deliver an exceptional luxury retail experience
- Partner with the GEM to drive sales performance and achieve KPIs
- Lead by example on the sales floor, ensuring outstanding client experience
- Support recruitment, training, and development of the team
- Motivate and coach team members to reach their full potential
- Ensure visual merchandising and in-store storytelling meet brand standards
- Assist in identifying growth opportunities and improving store performance
- Act as a brand ambassador, embodying Aromaria’s vision and energy
- Step in as leader-in-charge when the GEM is not present
What We’re Looking For
- +3 years of experience in luxury retail (Assistant Manager or Supervisor level)
- Experience in perfumery or fragrance-related industries is a strong plus
- Proven ability to drive sales and support team performance
- Strong commercial mindset and customer-focused approach
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High level of ownership, organization, and attention to detail
- Proactive attitude with problem-solving mindset
- Passion for customer experience and brand storytelling
- Plus: Interest or exposure to marketing initiatives and activations
