We are looking for a Marketing Executive to support the execution of our UK marketing strategy across digital, retail, PR, and community touchpoints. In this role, you will play a key part in bringing campaigns, launches, and activations to life, ensuring strong operational excellence and smooth coordination in a fast-growing market. This is a hands-on, execution-driven role, ideal for someone who enjoys making things happen, working across teams, and contributing to a meaningful brand journey.
What you’ll do
- Support the execution of UK marketing activities.
- Support the day-to-day execution of UK marketing initiatives across influencer activations, partnerships, media actions, and events.
- Coordinate timelines, deliverables, and asset flows with internal teams, agencies, and external partners.
- Maintain and update the UK marketing calendar, ensuring clear communication and alignment across stakeholders.
- Proactively monitor progress, flag risks or delays, and contribute to finding practical solutions.
- Contribute to launches and retail marketing.
- Support product and innovation launches by coordinating execution, timelines, and readiness.
- Assist with retail marketing operations, including POS localisation, ordering, delivery follow-up, and store readiness.
- Prepare clear and practical launch summaries and operational toolkits for store teams.
- Manage PR stock logistics and product send-outs.
- Support the organisation of expert-led events, workshops, and community activations, from logistics to post-event follow-up.
- Contribute to building meaningful connections with local partners and communities.
- Prepare first drafts of weekly and monthly marketing reports.
- Support supplier set-up, purchase order tracking, and coordination with Finance teams.
- Maintain organised documentation, trackers, and reporting tools to support team efficiency.
What We’re Looking For
- 3 to 5 years of experience in Marketing, ideally within beauty, wellness, retail, or consumer brands.
- Exposure to integrated marketing environments (digital, social, retail, PR, events).
- Experience working with agencies, suppliers, or external partners is a plus.
- English native or fluent; French is a plus.
