About ARODO: At ARODO, we design and deliver innovative industrial packaging solutions trusted by customers worldwide. As our UK business continues to grow, we're looking for our first UK-based Field Service Engineer to support customers across the country and become a key part of our expansion.

The Role: You will be responsible for installing, commissioning, maintaining, and troubleshooting ARODO equipment at customer sites throughout the UK. Working independently in the field, you will also benefit from the support of our experienced European service team and receive comprehensive technical training.

What You'll Do:

  • Install and commission industrial packaging equipment
  • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance
  • Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems
  • Provide high-quality technical support to customers
  • Prepare service reports and documentation
  • Collaborate closely with our service team in Europe

What We're Looking For:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a Field Service Engineer role or similar
  • Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
  • Independent, hands‐on, and customer‐focused approach
  • Comfortable travelling extensively across the UK
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Located in West Midlands or within 40 minutes of Birmingham
