We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Mobile Onboarding Project Administrator to join our fantastic team on a 12-month fixed term contract basis. The successful candidate will become a key member of the Mobile Onboarding team, working collaboratively across departments to deliver seamless customer implementations and exceptional service. You will lead by example, demonstrate ARO core values, and build strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders at all levels. Please note that this is a Hybrid role with onsite requirement in Farnborough 3 days a week. You must be able to commute to the office and have your own transport.

The role will cover the following key areas:

  • Control of monthly reconciliations, invoicing
  • Demonstrate excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Flexible, adjust readily to new situations while effectively dealing with ambiguity, stress and uncertainty.
  • Self-directed, ability to achieve / exceed results against documented goals
  • Understanding of the processes for customer escalations

Desirable:

  • Previous experience in customer service/sales environment
  • Excellent administrative skills
