About the role
Are you looking for a role where you can build your marketing skills, not just tick boxes? As a Marketing Executive at ARO, you'll gain hands‐on experience across B2B marketing—from content and campaigns to digital performance and sales enablement. You'll be supported by an experienced team, trusted with real responsibility, and encouraged to develop your ideas as you help drive growth and brand awareness.
The purpose of this role is to support the work of the marketing team across all projects and activities to help drive revenue growth and brand awareness. The role exists to support the product marketing function through the creation of email campaigns, presentations, blogs, sales collateral and other digital content. Emphasis will be placed on ensuring branding is consistent in design and tone of voice across all collateral. Assisting with the organisation of internal and external events is also important.
Please note that this is a Hybrid role with onsite requirement 3 days a week. You must be able to commute to the office and have your own transport.
What you'll do
- Work with the marketing and sales teams to support lead generation campaigns across all channels
- Work with the marketing and product teams to ensure that all collateral is relevant, up to date and shared with the wider organisation and online (intranet and websites)
- Create and maintain a broad range of case studies and customer testimonials, ensuring customer approval, and that they remain accurate
- Assist with the organisation, planning and delivery of internal and external ARO events
- Manage the Content Calendar
- Evaluate customer research, market conditions, competitor data, campaign and web traffic data to provide helpful insights into customer behaviour and market trends
- Provide support to the sales team for tenders, proposals, presentations and customer communications
What we're looking for
Essential
- At least 1-2 years' experience working in a B2B marketing environment
- Excellent creative and technical writing skills
- Creative thinking and approach to problem solving
- Prowess in planning digital marketing campaigns across a variety of mediums
- Understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy and best practice
- Advanced skills in Word, Powerpoint and Excel
- Great organisation and time management
- Ability to analyse campaign performance and report on successes
Desirable
- Previous experience in a B2B digital marketing role
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or similar
- Experience in digital analytics and SEO tools
- Knowledge and experience of working with Microsoft Dynamics
- Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
