Working closely with our Corporate SMB Account Management teams and our IT Technical resources, you will design and propose tailored technology solutions across managed IT services, WAN/LAN and Wi-Fi infrastructure, cloud migration, platform refreshes, hardware deployments, Microsoft rollouts, and cybersecurity. Please note that this is a Hybrid role with onsite requirement in the office and travel to customer sites. You must be able to commute to the office and have your own transport.
What you’ll do
- Engage with clients to assess IT needs and recommend solutions like managed services, cloud migration, or cybersecurity.
- Develop and present compelling technical proposals and high/low-level designs, including costings for IT deployments (30-150 seats).
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase ARO’s IT solutions, such as Microsoft rollouts or WAN/LAN configurations.
- Partner with account managers and technical teams to ensure seamless solution integration and exceptional client experiences.
- Provide clear solution documentation into the project team to ensure a high probability of a successful project implementation.
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging IT technologies to position ARO as a market leader.
- Contribute to the full sales cycle—from lead generation to deal closure—while training account managers and championing IT solutions internally.
- Travel as needed for client meetings, site visits, and industry events to build relationships and close opportunities.
