The Opportunity
We’re building a new sales team to support the nationwide migration from analogue phone lines to digital services ahead of the January 2027 switch-off. This is an excellent opportunity for someone starting their sales career who enjoys speaking with customers, learning new technologies, and developing commercial skills in a supportive, high-performing environment. Full training will be provided. While this role is offered as a 12-month fixed-term contract, there may be opportunities for permanent roles based on performance and business needs.
Please note that this is an onsite role at our Ewloe office (Bala House, St David’s Business Park, Ewloe, CH5 3XJ). We are unable to consider hybrid or remote working for this role due to the level of ongoing training provided.
What you’ll do
- Contact existing customers affected by the analogue switch-off
- Clearly explain the changes and what action is required
- Promote alternative digital solutions such as SOGEA and FTTP, highlighting their benefits
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable services
- Handle questions and objections confidently
- Agree pricing and migration plans
- Secure customer approvals and pass orders to internal teams
- Escalate complex cases when required
- Pass completed sales order to the sales co-ordinator for processing
