About The Role
6 Month Contract
We are looking for an organised and detail-oriented Admin Support to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with our Commercial and Sales teams to confirm and upload customer data, including mobile contracts and connection details, ensuring smooth onboarding processes. You will also assist with the implementation of contracts with network providers and help with general administrative tasks, such as scheduling and managing emails.
Please note that this is a Hybrid role with onsite requirement. You must be able to commute to the office in Farnborough.
What You\’ll Do
- Oversee and ensure a smooth, accurate and timely implementation
- Ensure all pre-requisites are completed prior to set-up on the Arrow system
- Control of monthly reconciliations, invoicing & associated reporting for all implementation
- Management of key projects either emanating from specific customer requests
- Develop and encourage a proactive, personal approach to each customer contact during an implementation project
- Solving any service, administration related issues that may occur and ensuring satisfaction from all parties
- Establish and maintain relationships at the relevant levels with internal and external customers
- As part of the on-boarding department you will be expected to collaborate, share and communicate frequently with your peers
