We are looking for a proactive and customer‑focused Mobile Onboarding Project Administrator to join our team on a 12‑month fixed term contract basis. The successful candidate will become a key member of the Mobile Onboarding team, working collaboratively across departments to deliver seamless customer implementations and exceptional service.
Responsibilities
- Control monthly reconciliations, invoicing and reporting for all implementations.
- Ensure smooth, accurate and timely implementation and that pre‑requisites (e.g., transfer lists, DD forms, communications, MNP) are completed before setup.
- Develop a proactive, personal approach to each customer contact during an implementation project.
- Solve service and administration issues, handle customer complaints during implementation.
- Establish and maintain relationships with internal and external customers; facilitate actions required for implementation and ongoing maintenance.
- Collaborate with peers across departments and promote a culture of exceeding customer expectations.
