In this overlay role, you will partner closely with Group Account Managers and Business Development teams to identify, shape, and close datacentre and cloud opportunities within existing accounts—primarily across the mid-market segment. What you’ll do:
- Own and deliver a personal sales quota, driving growth across datacentre, private cloud, connectivity, and data protection services.
- Build, manage, and close a balanced pipeline of opportunities from both existing accounts and self-generated prospects.
- Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities through direct engagement, networking, and targeted prospecting (with a focus on mid-market).
- Partner with Account Managers and Business Development teams to shape and close complex datacentre and cloud deals.
- Act as a subject matter expert in datacentre and cloud solutions during customer engagements.
- Lead and support the development of tailored, customer-centric infrastructure and managed service solutions.
- Translate customer requirements into commercially viable proposals aligned with delivery capabilities.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, technical, and service delivery teams to ensure successful solution design and execution.
- Maintain accurate forecasting, pipeline management, and visibility across all opportunities.
