Registered Veterinary Nurse

As a Nurse you will be accountable for the clinical delivery of nurse led appointments and will be required to support the Vet with procedures as required ensuring we deliver exceptional care always there to our clients, patients and colleagues whilst maintaining the highest levels of regulatory and operational standards and compliance.
Medivet Wheatley is a 2.5 Vet, 3 RVN, 4 VCA, and 2 CCA practice and is now looking to recruit a Registered Veterinary Nurse to join their team. This role would suit someone looking to be a in supportive environment.
With an established client base already in place, this is a great opportunity to further grow your clinical interests, whether surgical or medical, while making a real impact locally.

The role
- Full-time: 40 hours across 4 days or 5 days
- 1 in 6 weekends at Woodstock 24 Hour

You’re a RCVS registered Veterinary Nurse with a passion for delivering exceptional patient and client care. You’re a team player who wants to make a real difference in a practice that values and supports you.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Deliver exceptional care to patients, carrying out nurse led appointments and schedule 3 activities, supporting consults, surgeries and procedures, complying with all regulatory, practice and operational standards
- Deliver patient monitoring and care, and manage admissions and discharges
- Deliver exceptional care to your clients
- Work collaboratively within a supportive team
