Location: New Mills, High Peak, Derbyshire
We are looking for a Registered Veterinary Nurse to join our friendly, close-knit team across our lovely New Mills and Buxton clinics. Both practices have a warm, welcoming atmosphere, with a small and supportive team where everyone knows each other and works closely together to provide excellent patient and client care. The practices are owned by our wonderful Branch Partner, Stefano, and supported by a fantastic clinical team consisting of 1 Lead Vet for our Buxton site and 2 vets who work across both sites, 1 Head Veterinary Nurse, 2 Registered Veterinary Nurses and 2 Veterinary Care Assistants.
The Role
As a Registered Veterinary Nurse, you will play an important role in delivering high-quality clinical care across both practices. You will be accountable for the clinical delivery of nurse-led appointments and will support the Vets with procedures as required. You’ll be joining a team that genuinely values collaboration, providing exceptional care to our patients and clients, and supporting one another in delivering the best possible standards of clinical care.
Working Pattern
Our rota currently consists of a mixture of early, mid and late shifts, with shifts starting from 8:00am and finishing as late as 7:30pm. We understand that everyone has different commitments outside of work, so if a 4-day working week would suit you better, we’re happy to discuss flexible working options. There is also a requirement to work 1 in 4 Saturdays, based at our New Mills clinic, from 8:00am–4:30pm.
Why Join Us?
If you’re looking for a role where you can become part of a small, supportive team across two beautiful practices, this could be the perfect opportunity for you. You’ll have the opportunity to work across both New Mills and Buxton, build strong relationships with your colleagues and clients, and be part of a team where your contribution is genuinely valued. We’re looking for someone who is passionate about veterinary nursing, takes pride in delivering exceptional patient care and enjoys being part of a close team.
