IT Analyst

Location: London

Full-time, 35 hours per week | Monday–Friday, 9.30am–5.30pm

We are seeking a client-focused IT Analyst to join our London office and provide responsive, high-quality first-line technical support to users in London and our international locations. You will resolve day-to-day hardware, software, mobile device, printing, connectivity, and conferencing issues, in person and remotely, including matters escalated by the IT Help Desk. You will take ownership of your incidents and service requests, keep users informed, and record your work accurately in ServiceNow and the IT knowledge base, escalating complex issues where appropriate.

Alongside day-to-day support, you will install, configure, and deploy desktops, laptops, and mobile devices; set up and support audio-visual and conferencing equipment, including Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and WebEx, for meetings and events; and support technology onboarding for new joiners. You will collaborate with colleagues across IT, Information Security, Training, Applications, Network Operations, and Procurement, and suggest practical improvements to our processes and user experience. We are looking for someone with experience providing technical support to end users in a professional or enterprise environment, a good working knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365, remote access, and iPhone, iPad, and Android devices, and a professional, approachable manner. You will be well organised, comfortable managing several tasks in a busy environment, and discreet in handling confidential information. Experience in a law firm or other professional-services environment, and a Microsoft, ITIL, or technical support certification, are desirable. The role requires flexibility to work additional hours, alternate shifts, or overtime when needed, and occasional travel to other international offices.

Closing date: Tuesday November 3, 2026
