Arnold Hill Spencer Academy is seeking to appoint an experienced and proactive Facilities Manager to lead the management of our extensive site. This key role will ensure the Academy operates to the highest standards of safety, security, maintenance, and presentation, in line with the expectations of the Spencer Academies Trust.
The successful candidate will:
- Oversee the day to day running of the Academy's buildings and grounds.
- Ensure the site remains secure, well maintained, clean, and welcoming.
- Deliver efficient facilities management services that support the smooth operation of the school.
- Take pride in maintaining a safe and inspiring environment for students, staff, and visitors.
