The Role
We are looking for a Senior Business Development Manager to lead a newly formed in‑house BD team and support the continued growth of the group. This is a highly external, relationship‑focused role requiring regular interaction with clients, referrers, and the wider professional network. You will work closely with Partners, Directors, and Managers to take a more proactive, structured and commercially focused approach to business development – identifying opportunities, converting them into new work and ensuring consistent follow‑through. You will also recruit and lead a team of two junior BD professionals.
