Full time: Monday – Friday 8.30am – 5pm
About The Role:
In this role, you’ll work directly with our customers, ensuring they have a smooth experience from start to finish, while making sure our delivery systems are up to date. This role will be a great fit for someone with a passion for customer service, who genuinely enjoys exceeding customer expectations and achieving positive outcomes.
Day-to-day duties:
- Arranging suitable delivery/collection dates with the customer & delivery team and dealing with any re-arrangements or cancellations.
- Communicating directly with customers and dealing with any enquiries.
- Keeping the delivery system up to date.
- Assisting with general transport office admin duties.
