We’re recruiting for a Receptionist to join our Vauxhall branch in Salford and be the welcoming face of Arnold Clark. As a Customer Experience Host, you’ll greet customers face‑to‑face, help them on the phone, deliver excellent service and perform daily admin duties while maintaining branch standards with enthusiasm and a smile.
Hours: Full time: Monday – Thursday 12pm – 8pm and Friday 8:30am – 6pm.

Day‑to‑day duties:
- Act as the first point of contact for customers, in person and on the phone
- Manage a large volume of customer calls and respond to enquiries efficiently
- Keep customer areas tidy and presentable, ensuring customers are well looked after
- Work proactively with all departments within the branch
- Go the extra mile for all customers
Essential Skills:
- A fantastic telephone manner
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Genuine interest in delivering excellent service and going above and beyond for customers
- The confidence to work independently and as part of a team
- Highly organised with the ability to multi‑task
Nice to Have (but not essential):
- Knowledge of Cisco telephony
- Understanding of Microsoft Office and Excel
