£25,500 with no company car or £23,500 with company car. On target earnings of £40,000 - £45,000 with uncapped earning potential.

We’re looking for an ambitious and confident Sales Consultant to join the team at our Vauxhall/Fiat/Abarth/Jeep/Alfa Romeo/Leapmotor branch in Perth. Are you a people‑person with a real passion for sales?

What’s the job?

You’ll be known as a Product Consultant at Arnold Clark but your role will be heavily sales focused. This isn’t a traditional sales job – it’s a car sales role that lets you be yourself, showcase your customer‑service skills and enjoy every working day.

As a Product Consultant, you’ll guide customers from entering the showroom to enjoying a great aftersales experience. This role is all about helping customers find the right car based on their needs and building strong, positive relationships throughout the process.

  • Helping customers find the right car based on what they need.
  • Delivering outstanding, 5‑star service for every customer – going the extra mile for everyone who walks through the door.
  • Building and maintaining lasting, sincere relationships with customers through every step of the sales process.
  • Selling the right sales package for the customer, from finance to servicing, with integrity and professionalism.
  • Co‑ordinating the order and delivery of vehicles and keeping everything running smoothly.
  • Meeting monthly sales expectations and customer‑experience standards.
  • Working as part of a dynamic team to meet deadlines and make good on our promises.
  • Staying in touch with customers to offer great aftersales experiences.
