We are looking for an experienced Fleet Executive to join our team and help manage our accounts at our Activa site in Milton Keynes.

About The Role:
As a Fleet Executive, you will be responsible for providing product information, client consultative services, quotes, orders, and delivery lead time updates to our clients, while also liaising with third-party specialists.
Day-to-day duties include:
- Understanding the client's requirements and guiding which product will meet their needs.
- Dealing with incoming customer/prospect enquiries by telephone and email.
- Adhering to Activa's 15-second ring policy for answering all incoming calls.
- Dispatching contract renewal emails and assisting with vehicle selection to ensure they are fit for purpose.
- Liaising with selected LCV suppliers to obtain vehicle supply costs, any specialist equipment and on-the-road pricing.
- Preparing vehicle quotations using our in-house system, ensuring that correct discount levels have been applied and adhering to the client policy.
- Raising Activa proceed to order or tailored client order forms as relevant.
- Sourcing and ordering vehicles and conversions with our internal and external suppliers and ensuring they have appropriate purchase order documentation.
- Tracking vehicle orders.
- Liaising on lead times with second-stage build partners if appropriate.
- Liaising with Logistics team on final delivery to client.
- Managing the movement of vehicles from first location on to converter(s) and managing the project until the point of final delivery.
- Having an overview of any day-to-day or driver LCV concerns and elevating to Operations or Imps as required.
- In-life vehicle movement management, liaising with logistics and maintaining record of 'pool/spare' vehicles.
- Managing early termination or end of contract damage enquiries, liaising with Operations or Remarketing.
- Liaising closely with Activa area managers.
- Providing support and assistance as and when required by the Client Management team.
- Ensuring suppliers adhere to agreed KPIs and elevating when required.
- Maintenance of CPs, cost centring and reallocation, liaising with Imps team.
- Analysing trends and working with area managers to evolve policies.
- Maintaining/updating new product library on a regular basis, ensuring that such data is provided to all relevant staff via in-house shared files.
- Acting as an Activa ambassador on client/suppliers' meetings and reviews.
Essential Skills:
- Courteous and professional at all times.
- A sound understanding and appreciation of customer service principles and practices.
- A strong working knowledge of IT with good experience of the Microsoft Office products, particularly Microsoft Excel and complex spreadsheets.
- An individual who is focused, professional with the ability to work closely with colleagues and clients at all levels of seniority and supply partners in a sensitive and professional manner.
- Technical vehicle experience would be an advantage, particularly from a manufacturer or dealership background together with knowledge of light commercial vehicles and DVSA/DVLA rulings.
- Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills with keen attention to detail.
- Ability to learn effectively and follow through on projects, applying problem-solving techniques.
- The desire to undertake continuous professional development and progress your own understanding of the sector.
