We’re looking for a Print Assistant to join our in-house Marketing Print Team within our Marketing department based at our Head Office in Glasgow. The Print Assistant is a key role within the marketing department and is responsible for assisting with the operation of our internal print division and the production of all business print requirements.

As a Print Assistant, you will predominately focus on assisting the digital print teams with the co-ordination of all department and business print work to a high standard in line with business requirements, ensuring items are produced and dispatched to branches on time. Full training will be provided.

What will I be doing?

  • You’ll be assisting the digital print team with the co-ordination and delivery of marketing print campaigns, including the production and finishing of department and business print work in line with business requirements.
  • Responsible for supporting the team to ensure jobs are being processed through the production area to a high standard.
  • Assist the digital print team to ensure all print requirements are produced and delivered to internal and external stakeholders in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Ensure all deliveries of materials and supplies for the department are dealt with in a quick and effective manner and stored in accordance with the print guidelines.
  • Maintain a clean, safe and tidy print environment and storage area at all times.
  • Provide the upkeep, maintenance and cleaning of the print room environment and all printing equipment on a daily/weekly basis.
